Have you tried truly fresh roasted coffee?
We have, and it’s great. That’s why we started our own coffee roasting company. It’s not easy to find fresh roasted coffee beans, even at most coffee boutiques the coffee beans have been sitting on the shelf for weeks, or even months. Unlike some coffee resellers we don’t use the fresh word lightly, we really do ship your coffee beans the same day they’re roasted. Our coffee bean list is kept small to ensure that even our green coffee beans stay fresh. We also include shipping via USPS Priority Mail, so the price you see is the price you pay*. Custom roasting also plays a large part in a great cup of coffee. Many roasters will only roast a bean to it’s ‘sweet-spot’, the point at which the beans own flavor is at it’s peak. That’s a great thing if you’re new to coffee drinking since it helps us understand the beans best flavor. However, if you’ve been a coffee drinker for a while you may like to mix it up a bit. For instance, our black & tan is a blend of our Colombian bean roasted to it’s peak mixed with the same bean roasted dark and oily. A completely different flavor that some say is better than the bean roasted to it’s ‘sweet-spot’.
